Media Information

 Welcome to the media page of the website. This page gives infomation on our media sign on system and how to get accredited to join us as official media at the events.

Anyone can take pictures and videos at the events however if you intend to take professional pictures for commercial use or need access to remote or restricted areas of the event, you need to get signed on in advance.

We require all genuine media and reporters to sign on prior to each event. It is normal practise that this must be completed 2 weeks before the event takes place, should you apply later than this there can be serious issues in approving you in time due to safety and insurance.

To apply for media accreditation you need to contact us for our forms or the forms / contacts of the circuit/persons organising the accreditation for that particular venue.

All persons taking photos of filming for commercial purposes either directly or indirectly regardless of reason must be signed on as professional media. All applicants will be required to provide proof of previous work and appearances of work as well as proof of personal insurance whilst on site/working.

If you are simply a private individual and want to record or take pictures of your day, you are welcome to do as you wish without media sign-on, only professional journolists and photographers need apply for media accreditation.
